Notes From The Directors
As the Executive Director of Delmar Arts Academy bilingual preschool and elementary, I am delighted to extend my warmest greetings to all members of our community.

With over 15 years of dedicated service in Ft Lauderdale, we have been privileged to witness the growth and development of countless young minds. Our commitment to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment has been unwavering, and we are proud to have served as a cornerstone of early education in this vibrant city.

In addition to our longstanding presence in Ft Lauderdale, we are excited to share that we have recently celebrated two successful years at our location at the YMCA. This partnership has allowed us to expand our reach and cater to a wider range of families, ensuring that our educational programs are accessible to all. We are dedicated to fulfilling the needs of our diverse community.

We are excited to share that our academy has opened its own conservatory, which will offer a specialized focus on the performing arts. This new addition will provide our students with the opportunity to fully explore their creative potential in music, dance and theatre. We believe that this exciting venture will not only enhance the educational experience of our students but also contribute to the cultural fabric of our community.

Our commitment to meeting the needs of our community remains steadfast, and we look forward to continuing to provide a nurturing and enriching environment for our students, empowering them to reach their full potential.
As the director of Delmar Arts Academy East, I am honored to have the opportunity to share with you the immense pride I feel for our exceptional program. Our preschool provides a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can explore their creativity and develop a love for the arts.
One aspect that sets our program apart is our incorporation of the renowned High Scope curriculum. This research-based approach focuses on active learning, allowing children to engage in hands-on experiences that promote problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills. Through this curriculum, we strive to empower our students to become independent learners and confident individuals.
In addition to the High Scope curriculum, we are also proud to implement Conscious Discipline, a comprehensive social-emotional learning program. This approach fosters a positive and inclusive classroom community, where children learn to manage their emotions, resolve conflicts, and develop empathy and respect for others. By nurturing their social and emotional well-being, we believe our students are better equipped to navigate the challenges they may encounter in their future academic and personal lives.
Lastly, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the parents who have entrusted us with the education and care of their children for the last 15 years and have helped us grow from a preschool to include elementary classes. We understand the importance of this responsibility and are committed to providing a safe and supportive environment where each child can thrive. We value the partnership between our school and parents, and we encourage open communication and collaboration to ensure the best possible experience for our students.
